I looked at a home in February decided it would work well for my family.. I filled out their app pd $20 was quickly approved several people work for this business so there was a bump in communication but they were willing to adjust the situation and you can’t ask for more than that house was in good condition and maintained it is exactly what I was looking for in the range I wanted to pay – lease pretty typical. I would suggest giving Pero Reality a call if you are in the market small local businesses always win my business and I really appreciated the speed of the approval and how well the got the property ready for me.
